Hosting the Annual Joint Accounting Conference

May 14 – 16, 2014

The Westin – Huntsville, Alabama

 

The Joint Accounting Conference is an annual educational conference for TVA Distributor’s financial and accounting professionals.  The attendees are responsible for accounting, billing, budgeting, financing, payroll, benefits, accounts payable and financial reporting for electric systems in the communities across the Tennessee Valley area served by public power.

 

Special Events GOLD Sponsorship                   $1500

·         Exclusive:  Only seven (7) of these sponsorships will be available

·         One Sponsorship for Wednesday golf outing, snack/beverage cart and gifts

·         One Sponsorship for Wednesday evening Welcome Reception food/beverage

·         Two Sponsorships for Breakfast:  Thursday and Friday

·         Three Sponsorships for Breaks:  Thursday a.m., Friday p.m. & Friday a.m.

Silver Sponsorships:   Exhibits / Display Booth $550

·         Company exhibit on display during entire conference

o   Includes one (1) display table, two (2) chairs, and waste can

o   Set up is on the first day prior to welcome reception

o   Disassembling display is at conclusion of Friday’s mid-morning break

o   Multiple networking opportunities at breaks and receptions

·         Conference registration for one (1) company representative

o   Additional reps may attend at $150 each

·         Company name printed in conference program/agenda

·         Attendee list with email addresses for your marketing purposes

·         Company will be listed on Power Point Presentation before sessions and during breaks

·         A Vendor Information table located in the meeting room on which you may place limited amount of literature and business cards for the attendees
